Find the searches you almost rank for, every Monday

Each week your Search Console data is sorted for searches where you sit just off page one, and an AI turns them into a short list of page tweaks worth making.

How it works

  1. Every Monday, pull last week’s queries from Google Search Console: query, page, impressions, clicks and average position.
  2. Keep only queries averaging position 8 to 20 with a meaningful number of impressions.
  3. Send that shortlist to an AI step that names the page each query belongs on and suggests one specific edit per page.
  4. Email the top five to you as a plain checklist.

The guardrail

You choose which edits to make; the AI never changes your site or your content on its own.

Tools that do this: Google Search Console, n8n or Make, an AI model (Claude or ChatGPT), Gmail

Prompt to start with
You are an SEO assistant for [business name], a [type of local business] serving [city/area]. Below is last week's Search Console export for queries averaging position 8-20: [paste rows: query | page URL | impressions | clicks | avg position]. Pick the five with the best chance of reaching page one. For each, give: the query, the page it should rank on, why it's close, and ONE concrete edit (a heading change, a missing section, an internal link or a title tweak). Only use the data provided; do not guess at search volumes. Keep each item under 60 words and end with a one-line priority order.
