Turn happy customer replies into case study drafts you can approve

When a customer sends a glowing reply or survey answer, an AI drafts a short before-and-after story from it and asks for the customer’s permission before anything is shared.

How it works

  1. Flag positive replies or survey answers as they arrive in your inbox or form tool.
  2. An AI step pulls out the problem, what you did, and the outcome, using only what the customer actually said.
  3. It drafts a 150-word story and a one-line pull quote, and a permission email to the customer.
  4. You edit the draft, send the permission request, and publish only after the customer says yes.

The guardrail

Nothing is published or even quoted until the customer has agreed in writing and you have approved the final wording.

Tools that do this: Gmail or Typeform/Google Forms, n8n or Make, an AI model (Claude or ChatGPT), Google Docs

Prompt to start with
You are helping [business name], a [type of local business], turn customer feedback into a short case study. Customer feedback, exactly as written: [paste reply or survey answers]. Job details I know: [service performed | month | any facts you want included]. Write: (1) a 150-word story with three parts: the problem, what we did, how it went; (2) one pull quote copied word for word from the feedback; (3) a polite 3-sentence email asking the customer if we may share their story, and whether to use their first name only. Use only facts in the text above. Do not invent numbers, results, names, or timelines. If something is missing, write [needs detail] instead of guessing.
