Fill tomorrow’s empty appointment slots before they go to waste

Each afternoon your calendar is checked for open slots in the next two days, and an AI drafts a short, friendly offer for past customers who are due, ready for you to approve and send.

How it works

  1. Every afternoon, read your booking calendar and list open slots in the next 48 hours.
  2. Pull past customers who are due for a repeat visit and have agreed to receive texts or emails.
  3. An AI step drafts one short message per customer naming the open time and a simple way to book.
  4. You get the batch in one email or Slack message; approve it and the messages go out, or skip the day.

The guardrail

You approve every batch and decide whether any discount is offered; only customers who opted in are ever messaged.

Tools that do this: Google Calendar (or your booking tool), Google Sheets or your CRM, n8n or Make, an AI model (Claude or ChatGPT), Twilio or Gmail

Prompt to start with
You write short customer messages for [business name], a [type of local business] in [city]. Open appointment times in the next two days: [list of open slots]. For each customer below, write one text of under 40 words offering the soonest slot that fits their usual service. Customer details: [first name | last service | date of last visit]. Tone: warm and plain, like a note from the owner. Include [booking link or phone number]. Offer a discount only if I have written one here: [discount or 'none']. Do not invent availability, prices, or urgency, and end each text with 'Reply STOP to opt out.' Output a numbered list, one message per customer.
