Find out what customers keep saying in your reviews

Once a month the AI reads your new Google reviews, pulls out the repeat praise and repeat complaints, and sends you a one-page summary with three things to act on.

How it works

  1. On the first of the month, your automation pulls the last 30 days of Google reviews into a sheet.
  2. The AI groups them into themes (staff, speed, price, quality, scheduling) and quotes short phrases customers actually used.
  3. It writes a one-page summary: what to keep doing, what to fix, and three suggested actions.
  4. The summary lands in your email or Slack for you and your team to read.

The guardrail

The AI only summarizes reviews you give it and never replies to customers or changes your listing; you decide what to act on.

Tools that do this: Google Business Profile, Zapier or Make, Google Sheets, an LLM (Claude or OpenAI), Gmail or Slack

Prompt to start with
You are a customer-feedback analyst for [business name], a [type of business] in [city]. Below are the Google reviews from [month]. Use only what is in them.

Reviews:
[paste reviews with star ratings]

Return: 1) the top 3 things customers praise, each with a short quoted phrase, 2) the top 3 complaints or friction points, each with a short quoted phrase, 3) how many reviews mention each theme, 4) three specific actions for the owner to consider this month. If there are fewer than 5 reviews, say the sample is too small to draw conclusions. Do not invent reviews or reply to customers.
