Turn every quote request into a draft estimate by morning

A quote form comes in, the AI checks it against your price list and drafts the estimate and cover email, and you review and send it.

How it works

  1. A customer submits your quote form or emails a request; the details land in a sheet or CRM.
  2. The AI reads the request and your price list, then fills in line items, flags anything missing (address, scope, timing) and notes any assumptions.
  3. It writes a short cover email and saves the estimate and email as a draft in Gmail or your CRM.
  4. You review the numbers, adjust, and send. If details are missing, the AI drafts a clarifying question instead of guessing.

The guardrail

A person approves every number and sends every estimate; the AI only prices from your written price list and never invents a rate.
